

Core-Abdominal exercises helps posture.
1. Lay flat on your back
2.Rest the soles of your feet on the floor with your knees bent 90 deg.
3.Slowly 10-20 forward curls…(Repeat 3 in sets)
4.Also slowly perform 10-20 Reverse Curls (Curl knees towards your head)
Set aside time at the start of each day to do this exercise. You will observe better abdominal strength.
