Regular Routine at Home. Repeat each 10-20 times. Then repeat in 3 sets.

1: Lie flat on your back on the floor.

2: Bent knees, soles of the feet on the floor.

3: Thrust Pelvis towards ceiling slowly + controlled.
Clench Gluts/Buttocks
Hold for 1 second-then down again.

4: Repeat up to 10-20 times. Try to do at least three sets in one session.
