
1. Arch your back:
With your head back-Push your stomach towards floor and arch your bottom forward.
Hold this for 5 seconds
2. Then reverse curl
With your head back- arching your Mid back up toward ceiling and tighten your bottom muscles-tilt pelvis back
Hold for 5 seconds.
REPEAT EACH CYCLE
5 times
