Founder

Dr. Jerome Dixon founded Melbourne Wellness Group in 2016 after 20 years of practice as a Chiropractor, treating Spinal Problems as well as further studies & expertise in solving Headache & Migraines. Dr Dixon has worked extensively in corporate healthcare and provided his expertise to the Victorian Government’s Better Health channel as a content partner.

Jerome’s goal is to help relieve discomfort, address the root causes of your musculoskeletal and health issues, and apply treatment that allows the body to rehabilitate with long-term results.

With over 20 years of Chiropractic practice experience, Jerome combines his knowledge of the spine, muscles and joints, expert chiropractic techniques, and a holistic lifestyle assessment to bring relief and movement freedom to his patients experiencing headaches, migraines, back & neck discomfort, repetitive strains and nerve problems.

When he isn’t managing his busy practice or contributing to Headache.com.au, Jerome is a father to two young, active boys, and a keen runner and swimmer. He admires Professor Brian Cox and David Attenborough, enjoys ridiculous humour (have you seen ‘There’s Something About Mary?!), and always makes sure he finds time to get to the beach and out beyond the breakers! One of his favourite things to do is swim the famous Pier to Pub in Lorne.

Dr Bianca Kho
Chiropractor

Dr. Bianca Kho is a double distinction graduate in Chiropractic Science and Health Science from RMIT University. She is currently pursuing specialisation in Applied Kinesiology and Sacro-Occipital technique. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of Australian Chiropractors Association (ACA). 

She has a strong passion for dance since the age of 8. Dr. Kho had been a state-level rhythmic gymnast, high-school cheerleading captain and a ballet dancer.  She participated at national and international competitions in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan. 

She developed a strong interest in Chiropractic Care after experiencing first-hand positive effects of Chiropractic treatment for injuries incurred from dance. She is currently undertaking a Pilates instructor certification course with National Pilates Training.  

Bianca is passionate to use her knowledge and skills attained in Chiropractic Care to help her patients enhance performance and rehabilitation in sports. 

Dr Vanesha Lallu
Chiropractor

Dr. Lallu, a dedicated Chiropractor and Kinesiologist specialises in TBM ( Total Body Modification), NET ( Neuro Emotional Technique) and SOT (Sacral Occipital Technique).

With a unique focus on both emotional well-being and structural care, she helps clients achieve holistic health and balance. No matter the ailment we can use muscle testing to ask the body what it needs to bring itself back to equilibrium.

As a Breathwork, Meditation and Yoga facilitator, Vanesha empowers others to find inner peace and resilience. A proud mum of two, she seamlessly blends her professional expertise with her personal passion for wellness, creating a nurturing space for healing and growth. 

Lotta Lennartson
Dietitian

Lotta Lennartsson has qualified with both a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Science & Nutrition) (Deakin University) and a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Monash University) and has worked in private and public dietetics services since 2007.

Lotta has a number of areas of expertise and interests, including weight management, diabetes and gastrointestinal health. She consults in Balwyn and Greensborough in Melbourne. You can find her at:

Rabia Shahid
Digital Strategist & Planner

Rabia Shahid is an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney and an experienced change catalyst of cultural transformation in organisational growth. Ms. Shahid held strategic leadership roles with a focus in customer experience. She has led and developed teams within global technical projects and business operations at leading healthcare organisation ranked amongst the top 50 in ASX listed companies.

Rabia is passionate about developing innovation and growth strategies that deliver results. With a background in creative arts and strategic leadership, Rabia joins the blocks utilising her innovative skills to streamline processes; she has seen manual processes limiting growth and businesses getting stagnant over extended time. 

In her spare time, she volunteers at Only Just a Not for Profit organisation, an actor in theatrical performances, an emerging artist and an entrant in art competitions in Victoria. Moreover, she does live podcasts on various topics from motivational speaking to hosting shows with guests globally from diverse industries.

Nicole specialises in clinical nutrition consultations, wellness coaching and facilitates corporate wellness programs and wellbeing retreats.
